Git users now have the choice of using Github for public projects (a la Twitter) and Bitbucket for private projects (Google Plus). I think that is how most people are going to use it.

A big advantage for Bitbucket users is the ability to have unlimited private repositories for free. This means you can store every line of code you’ve ever written in one place without paying a cent.

This is called canang sari. If you ever visit Bali, you will find a lot of these. It’s an offering to the Gods, a way to say thank you, a prayer to the heaven.

Subak is more than just a way to get water to the rice in the field. It is a ritualized system and has been preserved from the late eight century.
